Andrea Caron, along with VIP Event Services, organized and hosted my recent office holiday party. It was an excellent experience!!

Andrea and her staff handled all of the details, from the venue location, the theme, food, etc.... What made the event memorable were the special touches. Andrea used her unique talents and extensive network within the hospitality and entertainment industry to give my guests a night to remember. Right down to sourcing out and hiring the groups favourite band!!

Offering a true 'experience' to our guests has become an increasingly challenging ordeal. Andrea's professionalism and attention to detail took all of the effort out of organizing and managing this season's event. Her services extended to include managing the budget, ensuring that all of the vendors were appropriately paid and that event sponsors were co-ordinated. These are time consuming tasks that reveal the true value of the service that VIP provides their clients.

This was the first event that Andrea has organized for us. Given my experience, there will be many more.

Over the past several years Miss Caron has planned many events through our catering organization. We have locations from Ajax to Ancaster and have worked with many events planners throughout. I have had the pleasure of working with Andrea and her team at VIP Hosting on several occasions over the past couple years.

The professionalism and structure she creates during an event is a unique talent in this business. She is available at all times prior to, during and after the event for assistance and direction.

I met Andrea Caron 8 years ago when we were both working in the insurance industry. At the time, she was working at RBC Insurance in the group benefits area and I was an insurance broker. At RBC Insurance, Andrea worked directly with clients and brokers where a big part of her job was finding creative solutions to help meet clients and advisors needs and expectations.

During her tenure at RBC Insurance Andrea became a mom to two beautiful children who she unconditionally adores.

Andrea has organized many events to support her children’s schools and activities, fundraisers for hockey and dance, as well as much-needed social events for parents! You can count on Andrea to be organized, focused and patient during both the planning and the execution of the event.
